For her seventeenth year at the Cannes Film Festival, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan chose a mix of summer fresh and glamorous outfits! With her Instagram debut right before the red carpet walk, the former Miss World created some serious buzz on social media, with fans instantly hitting the 'follow' button on her newly created account for updates and BTS shots. This time too, the actress was accompanied by her little princess, daughter Aaradhya, who gave her beautiful mom some stylish company. From twirls to matching glam outfits, the mother - daughter duo made us smile with their charm.



Mrs Bachchan, styled by Aastha Sharma, made heads turn with her beauty and charm. We loved some of her picks this year (more on that a little later), and her make up + hair do won our heart as well. The actress chose to keep her overall look more natural, except for a particular red carpet look, where the eye make up looked 'Bomb'. The 'Dancebee' Pick - Undoubtedly, our pick for this year's best outfit worn by Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has got to be this dramatic butterfly gown by Dubai based designer Michael Cinco. Right from the embellished 3 meter long train to the colour and embroidery; what's not to love here? Interestingly, the designer had shared a sneak peek into the making of this stunning outfit on the first day of 2018. Little did we know that the outfit would be seen on Mrs Bachchan at one of her most awaited appearances. Aishwarya pulled off this look gracefully, complete with the perfect eye make up, bold lips and sleek hair (with centre parting). The highlight of this outfit has got to be the exquisite butterfly inspired train, which is fully embroidered, with intricate silk thread work and studded with Swarovski crystals. What makes this outfit interesting is the fact that it took over 3000 hours to complete! Honestly, we think the actress did complete justice to this mesmerising outfit with her beautiful and poised walk on the red carpet. The shutterbug frenzy was meant to be!!
