FCUK Spring/Summer collection 2013

This weekend, I was invited to check out the latest collection at FCUK. If I had to describe the collection in three words, it would be: Fresh, Summery, and Bright. They have something for everyone, and it is one of the few labels that has managed to maintain a perfect blend of trends and comfort. I was impressed to see striped dresses and T-shirts in a variety of colors (and not just B&W), neon and pastel Tees, shorts in bold colors among other interesting apparel and accessories. 

I had to pick my favorites from the bewildering array of choices that were there around me. It was tough, because this collection has some amazing pieces. In the end, I decided to pick 5 must haves for this season.

1. Cotton Shorts

Perfect for: Beach, Day out with friends, Movie or Lunch date

Pair it up with: Relaxed T-shirts in quirky colors or prints.

Pair it up with: Colored denims, Shorts. A pair of quirky sneakers will look great if you are going for the 'athletic' or 'sporty' look.

Perfect for: Any afternoon activity

Pair it up with: Almost anything. Avoid clashing too many colors though (unless you are looking at color blocking).
